Feed the Monster

"Feed me," I heard him say. "Feed me."

"No," I replied, seeing him from outside of his cage.

"Please feed me..."

"No! You know what will happen if I feed you!"

"FEED ME!"

I ignored him and ran away from his cage, going back to the ground floor.

Finally, I had gotten rid of that fiend I call Morteyus. I wonder how I got down there in the first place.

Anyway, time for relaxation! After I did the errands, that is. I had to wash the plates, make my bed, sweep the floor, etc.. A while later, I had some time to go check out new games and stories.

Ah... I found one, titled "Metal Hikkikomori". The title seemed weird to me, but due to my weird fascinations, it sucked me in instantly. I read, I read, and I read, realizing the dark plot of the story, with weird elements. I read, and I read, and I read, not knowing that I was by reading, feeding the monster.

After a while of reading, I felt tired and dull, so I went for a nap. When I woke up, "Hahahahahahahahahahahhahhahahahahahhahahahahhahahah!"

The monster screamed. "You are now my prisoner, Morteyus!"

"What?" I said, noticing that I was behind bars.

"You've fed me, finally! Now I am out of my cage! Thanks!"

I saw him go upstairs, shutting the basement door, like I did when he was stuck in this cage.

"Hahahahaha. I'm stuck here again."

Once again, I was locked in the cage, unable to escape. Only over time, will I be able to escape. In the mean time, he will be able to control this entire operation I call "myself".
